How Rewards Can Keep Us Motivated to Lose Weight

We may have heard about treating ourselves with a small reward as we achieve certain milestones, 10, 15 or 20 pounds for example. However if we have not yet reached these milestones or are still a long way short of our weight loss goal, then we will still not feel any better.
